Eligibility for Admission and Required Documents


1. Admission to:

1.1. Nursery:  The criteria followed by school is first come, first serve basis.

       (Age Eligibility: Nursery Child should have completed 3 years as on

       March 31, 2018).

1.2. For LKG and UKG: Interaction with students and the parents.

1.3. For Class I – V: On the basis of Assessment, followed by interaction with The students and the parents.

1.4. For Class VI – VIII: On the basis of Assessment, followed by interaction and Result of the previous class.

1.5. For Class X and XII : The School does not encourage any fresh admission to These classes. However, in case of emergency, admissions are granted Subject to the result of the previous class.

1.6. For Class IX and XI: Admission is based on a child’s performance at the Board Examination. The child must have passed from CBSE or any other Board recognized by the CBSE. The school offers Science, Commerce and Arts (Humanities) streams.


2. Admission Procedure:

2.1. Registration/ Admission Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the School Office before the end of the Registration Period

2.2. Incomplete or illegible Registration/ Admission forms, without Photograph will not be processed/ accepted.


3. Required Documents must be submitted along with the Registration Form:

3.1. Photo copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Concerned civic authority must accompany the Registration Form for Classes Nursery & KG.

3.2. The date of birth of child is required to be supported by the birth Certificate in original issued by the Municipal Corporation/Local bodies As applicable, along with a certified Photostat copy thereof.

3.3. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of birth Certificate. It is to be attached with the Admission Form for classes Nursery & KG.

3.4. Photocopy of report card of the last exam passed must be attached with The Registration Form for classes I & above.

3.5. For class I & above, Transfer Certificate is to be attached.

3.6. For class V & above Transfer Certificate must be counter signed by the Concerned State Education Authority.

4. In case parents/ guardians fail to submit the requisite documents after admission is granted, admission will be automatically cancelled and in that event, the child will forfeit all his fees that he has paid.


5. Procedure for School Fee Payment

5.1. The fee for the entire year is payable in advance for the first year. Thereafter (i.e. after completion of one year, the Fee can be paid in two Installments) as per school rules and regulations.

5.2. The existing students shall pay the fee by end of April every year for the 1st Term and by end of October for the 2nd Term every year. Late fee of Rs. 100/- per week shall be levied in case of delayed payment of due.

5.3. The School fee is reviewed annually and the same shall be applicable to All students.

5.4. All fee deposit receipts must be duly collected by the Parents/ guardians at the time of paying school fees and kept safely for future reference.

Fee once paid is not refundable for any reason whatsoever.


6. Withdrawal Rules:

6.1. Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed form available In the school office/ reception.

6.2. One month’s notice period is required for withdrawal before the end of The term/ academic session (31st MARCH) failing which he/ she may have to deposit the fees for the next two months.

6.3. No withdrawal is possible unless all the dues are paid and no refund From the deposited amount is possible in any Case

6.4. If a new student is withdrawn or does not join before the start of the Academic year i.e. 01st April, Registration and Admission fee shall be forfeited in favour of the school.

6.5. In case of withdrawal after the start of the academic session, entire Term’s fee shall be charged /forfeited in favour of the school.

6.6. Before withdrawing it is mandatory to give a minimum of 3 months Notice in writing (only on the prescribed format available on the school office).The withdrawal form should be filled only by the parent and be submitted to the admission office only. No verbal/ telephonic intimation will be entertained.

6.7. School Leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued after 07 days only after clearance of dues and payment of amount(s) in favour of the school.

6.8. Clearance must be obtained from the laboratories and library in-charge before applying for withdrawal.
